The short answer
BetJudge is a static site. We do not ask for accounts, we do not host a login, and we do not collect personal data through forms. What does leave your browser is described below, along with how to limit it.
What we collect directly
Nothing that identifies you personally. There is no account system, no newsletter signup and no contact form on this site — the contact route is a plain email address, and anything you send there is held only in our mailbox.
Standard server request logs may record IP address, user agent and requested URL, as is unavoidable for any web host. These are used to keep the site working and are not combined with anything else to build a profile.
Affiliate links and what they pass on
Links to casinos on this site are affiliate links. Following one sends you to the operator with a referral identifier attached, which is how the operator knows the visit came from us. It also means the operator sets its own cookies and applies its own privacy policy from that point on — we have no control over and no visibility into what happens on their side.
Reading BetJudge without clicking an affiliate link passes nothing to any casino operator.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own. If a consent choice is offered, it is stored locally in your browser purely to remember that choice, and it is never transmitted anywhere.
Because the site is statically generated with no client-side tracking by default, blocking cookies entirely does not break any part of it.
Your rights and how to exercise them
Since we hold no personal data beyond email you have chosen to send us, most data requests resolve to deleting an email thread. Write to hello@betjudge.net and we will confirm what we hold and remove it.
This policy is written to describe actual practice on a static, non-tracking site rather than to cover hypothetical future data collection. If that practice changes, this page changes with it, and the change will be visible in the site’s published history rather than announced retroactively.
