The short answer
Email us at hello@betjudge.net. Corrections to a published figure are the fastest thing to get our attention: if a bonus term or threshold has changed, tell us which page and what changed, and we will re-verify it.
Reporting a figure that has changed
Bonus terms and KYC thresholds change without announcement, so reader reports are genuinely useful to us. Include the page URL and what you saw on the operator’s side, and we will re-check the entry rather than debate it.
A confirmed change updates the figure and its verification date together. If we cannot reproduce what you saw, we mark the entry unverified rather than leaving a disputed figure standing as fact.
Questions about the method
Our verification process and the meaning of each provenance label are documented in full on the methodology page. If something there is unclear or looks wrong, that is worth an email too — the method is meant to be checkable.
What we cannot help with
We are not an operator and hold no accounts, balances or bonuses. Anything to do with a specific account — a stuck withdrawal, a locked bonus, a verification request — has to go to that platform’s own support, since we have no visibility into it and no ability to act on it.
